Ingredients for about 4 servings: 1kg medium-sized potatoes, 50ml sunflower oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground pepper, 4-5 sprigs of rosemary, 1 tsp thyme, a bit of paprika powder 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (convection fan). 2. Cut the potatos into evely sized pieces (around 8 pcs/potato). 3. Mix the potato pieces with the oil and spices in a bowl. 4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 5. Bake them for 20 minutes in the oven. 6. Lower the temperature to 180°C and keep them in the oven for another 20 minutes (or until they look golden and crispy).
